Our triannual Health Community Study is well underway as of June 2023. The Health Council completed the Community Analysis portion in May, a summary of data collected through various sources and will be publicly available along with the survey results. In collaboration with R1 Planning, we have also completed the development and distribution of our healthy community survey and synthesized and organized the data collected. We are so pleased with the number of responses received as well as the diversity seen in the respondents, is the opinion of all involved that we received a representative sample of the Rockford community.
We are now conducting Key Informant interviews, with support from MercyHealth, and convening focus groups to garner our community’s perspective and develop even more robust data. We are on track to publish the study in the Fall of 2023!
